    Games Workout The Beach (modified partner WOD)

    Partners Run 400m together
    Then:
    Partner 1 completes DB Thrusters 45/25
    Partner 2 completes Burpess
    Partner 3 rests
    rotate every 10 Burpees until 50 DB Thrusters are completed

    Partners Run 800m together
    Then:
    Partner 1 completes DB Thrusters 45/25
    Partner 2 completes Burpess
    Partner 3 rests
    rotate every 10 Burpees until 50 DB Thrusters are completed

    Partners Run 400m together
